Huggett & Hazelden Builders - Public building works

Whilst we continue to build extensions in the residential market, we have also undertaken various public and commercial projects.

In recent years we have built extensions to a Post Office, a Tennis Club, a public museum, various churches and church buildings. Having completed these contracts on time and on budget, we believe we can confidently boast a highly professional and competitive approach when undertaking this type of work.

In addition, many of these buildings have required the installation of various types of disabled facilities, including bathrooms, wet rooms, showers, and ramps. We are familiar with Part M of the current buildings regulations and are pleased to liase with individual Occupational Therapists when necessary.

Paul and Phil have a great deal of experience in Project Management and working alongside other professionals before, during, and after the "build". We are familiar with, and enjoy working alongside buildings managers, architects, quantity surveyors, church wardens and PCC's. We are always pleased to facilitate references from previous clients and building professionals with whom we have worked. We hope our gallery demonstrates our detailed and sympathetic understanding of internal and external finishing on a wide range of building styles and structures.

We also happy to discuss and quote for periodic and regular maintenance work on churches, church halls, and the like.
